Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order and require a minimum processing time of AT LEAST 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing times may extend beyond 7 business days depending on order volume.

Effective January 1, 2026: Processing times are currently longer than normal due to a temporary medical situation involving hospitalization. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these extended processing times.

Handmade Production Notice

Andromeda’s Moon is a one-person, handmade business. Each fragrance is blended, filled, and prepared individually after purchase.

Due to the nature of handmade production, materials are allocated immediately after an order is placed, production begins shortly after purchase, and orders cannot be rushed or prioritized unless explicitly stated.

No Cancellations / No Refunds

All sales are final.

Because items are made to order, there are no cancellations, no changes, and no refunds.

This policy exists because payment processing fees are non-refundable, and materials and labor are committed immediately after purchase.

Shipping & Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier (USPS / UPS).

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary.

All shipments include up to $100 insurance through the carrier. Customers may purchase additional insurance at checkout for full coverage.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost, delayed, marked delivered but not received, or damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Andromeda’s Moon is not responsible for carrier-related issues once the package has been shipped.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to all shop policies.

At checkout, customers are required to actively confirm agreement to these terms before completing their purchase. Orders cannot be completed without this acknowledgment.

This includes, but is not limited to, processing times (including extended processing due to hospitalization), the no cancellation / no refund policy, and shipping responsibility terms.

Because this agreement is required at checkout, any claim stating unawareness of these policies is invalid.
