Processing time-

Per the website and your receipt, there is a 7 business day processing time. The time starts the following business day. This is to make things fair as some people order after business hours. On the 8th business day is when your order ships. For example: If you order on a Monday, processing starts Tuesday and goes till the following Wednesday and ships Thursday. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your processing starts the following Monday. If you need an order quicker, please text me to request. I do not guarantee quicker processing but I will try if at all possible. There is no fee for this. As the holidays are coming, I will be able to shorten the processing time with having additional help soon for packing orders. Please watch for changes in processing time! International Shipping and Customs & Tariff Fees- 

Andromeda's Moon gladly provides worldwide shipping; however, all international shipments are at the liability of the buyer. We take all appropriate steps to ensure your package reaches you safely, and we have had great success doing so. However, Andromeda's Moon is not responsible for variables such as customs denying entry of package whether  fault lies with Andromedas Moon or the customers country of entry customs laws ( It is the customers responsibility to check that these items can be imported) delays, VAT, or any other taxes or expenses at customs. Nor can Andromeda's Moon issue refunds for packages that have been rejected or abandoned by the buyer at customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s customs, VAT, and any other tax rules before purchasing. We will take all the appropriate steps to ensure the proper declaration, but if for any reason the packages still do not clear,Andromeda's Moon will not be responsible for any charges or refunds.

Andromeda's Moon is committed to providing customers with the best delivery services, we offer coverage to more parts of the world than any other company. However, a delivery surcharge may apply to certain areas. Andromeda's Moon will invoice international buyers if the charge is applied to their shipment during the shipping process of the order. For FedEx, the surcharge is called “ODA” Out of Delivery Area, and DHL is called “RAS” Remote Area Surcharge and it applies to shipments outside of delivery areas for these carriers. This usually affects packages going to rural areas (Islands, Remote mountain village/town, etc) where a special charter plane is needed to deliver the package. The surcharge does not apply to everyone, and it depends on area to area within the country. Thank you so much for your interest in Andromeda's Moon!

What we sell-

We sell inspired by fragrances. Any pictures or names that correspond to original products are for reference only. We duplicate with a 98% accuracy profile, however, fragrance is subjective. We offer sample sizes so you don't have to invest a lot of money to see if the fragrance you love smells the same with our inspired by version. 

 

Refund Policy-

We do not accept any returns or refund any orders.

We do not cancel and refund any orders after purchase so please make sure you want the items before completing your order.

We aren't able to enter any promo codes after you purchase your items, if a promo code isn't working, please text me and I can send you an invoice with the promo code amount for you to purchase that way.

Unfortunately due to scammers and other issues, we do not offer any refund or exchange for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is turned over to the shipping company ( usps, ups etc) I do not have any control over what happens. If you feel your package could be stolen, please  ask for signature release or change the shipping address to an address you are more comfortable with. All USPS packages come with up to $100 of free insurance and you can go on USPS website to file a claim regarding the lost or stolen package.

Damages and issues

Due to USPS change in policy, I can no longer offer a replacement for broken items. Your package does automatically come with up to $100 in insurance for lost or broken items. USPS is now wanting you to bring the broken items to your local post office for verification. Due to this, I can no longer file the claim and receive payment back to me as I do not have the broken item. You can go to USPS website to file a claim and hold on to the ENTIRE box with all the content. After filing the online claim, you will receive a letter in the mail from USPS asking you to go into your post office with the items to prove they are broken. My apologies for this inconvenience. If you need a copy of your receipt for proof of the amount you paid, please text me along with your name and order number and i will send you a screenshot of this info for your claim. the number is 918-397-3165


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products including fragrance). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

We do not do refunds or replacements..

Due to FDA regulations, I am unable to accept a return for re sale as we can not guarantee the product contained in the bottle hasn't been tampered with. This keeps both of us safe knowing the item you received has not been touched after being made in a clean lab.
