Important Processing Update

Earlier this year, Andromeda's Moon experienced significant interruptions following a serious medical emergency involving the owner. Unfortunately, additional unexpected health complications and hospitalizations have prolonged the recovery period and caused further delays in fulfilling orders.

We continue to work diligently through outstanding orders while managing these circumstances. Although we are making progress, our processing schedule has not yet returned to normal.

This temporary processing estimate replaces our normal minimum of 7 business days.

We recognize that some customers have already been waiting longer than anticipated. We sincerely appreciate the patience, compassion, and continued support shown throughout this challenging year.

Processing & Order Fulfillment

All Andromeda's Moon fragrances are made to order. Processing includes preparing materials, creating and bottling fragrances, labeling, packaging, and preparing shipments.

Our current estimated processing timeframe is 4–6 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders typically ship on the following business day after processing is complete.

Processing times may be affected by order volume, sales, holidays, material availability, medical circumstances, or other unforeseen interruptions.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery timeframes are determined by the shipping carrier, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other applicable services.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier transit times are separate from our processing timeframe and are outside our direct control.

Tracking information will be provided when a shipping notification is generated. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

A carrier's Delivered scan serves as evidence that the carrier recorded delivery. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier to request an investigation.

Lost, Stolen, Missing & Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transportation and delivery are handled by that carrier.

Andromeda's Moon does not automatically issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located.

Eligible USPS and UPS shipments generally include up to $100 in carrier coverage, subject to the carrier's terms, exclusions, and claim eligibility requirements.

All claims are subject to the applicable carrier or package protection provider's terms and eligibility requirements. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Carrier Responsibility

After the shipping carrier accepts a package, the carrier manages transportation, routing, delivery attempts, and tracking updates.

Carrier-related issues may include:

Customers should report delivery issues promptly to the applicable carrier and follow the appropriate claim process.

Andromeda's Moon may assist with shipment information when available, but carrier investigations and claim decisions are subject to the carrier's procedures.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for understanding the import regulations applicable to their destination country before placing an order.

Depending on the destination and shipping service, customers may be responsible for:

Unless expressly included in the shipping service purchased, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Customs inspections and clearance delays are outside our control.

Packages delayed, rejected, seized, or returned by customs are reviewed according to the circumstances, applicable shipping terms, and governing consumer protection laws. Shipping charges and nonrecoverable fees may not be refundable where permitted by law.

Please verify that fragrance products can legally be imported into your country before purchasing.
