By placing an order with Andromeda’s Moon, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all posted store policies, including processing times, shipping terms, refund policy, and handmade made-to-order terms.

Processing Time

All orders require a minimum processing time of AT LEAST 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time begins the following business day after an order is placed.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, sales, holidays, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Orders ship on the next business day after processing is complete.

Effective January 1, 2026: processing times are currently longer than normal due to a temporary medical situation involving hospitalization. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these extended processing times.

Andromeda’s Moon is a made-to-order, handmade small business. Placing an order confirms that you understand and accept the stated processing timeframe.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final.

Because all items are handmade and made to order, no refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order changes are permitted once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • change of mind
  • accidental purchases
  • missed or forgotten promo codes
  • address changes after purchase
  • product, size, or scent changes after purchase

Payment processing fees are non-refundable, and materials and labor are committed immediately after purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and are outside of our control.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Carrier tracking marked as Delivered is considered proof of delivery and fulfillment.

Andromeda’s Moon reserves the right to require signature confirmation at our discretion, including for high-value or fraud-flagged orders.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  • If a package is returned to us for any address-related reason, it may be reshipped once received, but the customer must pay shipping again.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.

Returned to Sender / Refused / Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned for reasons including but not limited to refused delivery, unclaimed, insufficient address, or failure to pick up are not eligible for refund.

If the package is received back, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If the carrier or customs destroys or disposes of the package, no refund or replacement can be provided.

Lost, Stolen, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Andromeda’s Moon is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, missing, or damaged packages.

Most USPS and UPS shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance. Any insurance claim must be filed directly with the carrier by the customer.

We will provide documentation upon request if needed for a carrier claim.

Damages, Temperature & Transit Conditions

Due to carrier handling policies, no refunds or replacements are offered for damaged items. Customers must pursue carrier insurance claims directly.

Perfume products may experience temporary changes during transit, including minor leakage, sweating, cloudiness, or scent fluctuation caused by heat or cold exposure. These are not defects and are not grounds for refunds, replacements, or disputes.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Claims for incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box, contents, packing materials, and shipping label.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, duties, and import laws.
  • No refunds are issued for packages delayed, seized, rejected, abandoned, or destroyed by customs.
  • Customers must verify their country’s import regulations before purchasing.

Inspired-By Fragrances & Scent Subjectivity

Andromeda’s Moon creates inspired-by fragrances. Any brand or fragrance references are used for comparison purposes only.

Fragrance is subjective. Longevity, projection, and scent perception vary based on skin chemistry, environment, storage, and application. Inspired-by fragrances are not guaranteed to be exact matches.

Batch Variation & Natural Characteristics

  • Minor batch, color, clarity, or fill variations are normal for handmade products.
  • Sediment or cloudiness may occur due to natural materials.
  • Some fragrances evolve over time through normal maceration.

These characteristics are not defects and are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
