We do not accept any returns or refund any orders. You can purchase Route Insurance to protect your order from lost, stolen or damage. It is automatically added to your cart at checkout. You are under no obligation to purchase and all money goes directly to Route to cover your items. If you have any questions about Route, you can find all info under the Route Page on our site.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If you didn't purchase Route Protection, we still may be able to replace the broken item. Please reach out to discuss.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not do refunds. All refunds are done through Route Protection if you purchased this at checkout!

Due to covid we are unable to send packages to the following countries. If your country is added to this list after purchasing, we will refund you your money within 5 business days.
