Because every order is handmade with care, processing times are still extended. As many of you know, I was hospitalized from Christmas through the end of January and later experienced the heartbreaking loss of my son. While some time has passed, your incredible support has kept Andromeda’s Moon wonderfully busy, and I am still working hard to catch up while continuing to create each fragrance with the quality and attention to detail you deserve.

In addition, I am managing Chronic Kidney Disease and undergoing dialysis treatments several times each week. While this has added new challenges to my schedule, I remain committed to fulfilling orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

To show my appreciation for your patience and understanding, I am continuing to offer special discounts on my fragrances. Your support means more than words can express and helps keep this small business going during a difficult season of life.

Holiday Order Update

I want to clarify how text messages are handled. I use an app to help organize and respond to messages, and I recently discovered that when multiple texts are sent in the same thread, the conversation can move back down the list after a response is sent. This means some messages may not appear as quickly as intended.
Please know that I do not intentionally ignore anyone. I check messages multiple times a day while prioritizing order processing and fulfillment. My focus during this period is getting orders completed and shipped as efficiently as possible.
