By placing an order with Andromeda’s Moon, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Order Policy

All products are handmade and made to order. Due to the nature of our products and small-business production process, we do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations
  • Order changes after purchase

Once an order is placed, materials, labor, and processing fees are immediately committed. Because of this, no exceptions will be made for any reason.

No Exceptions

This policy applies to all situations including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental orders
  • Forgotten or non-working promo codes
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Wanting a different scent or size
  • Travel plans or delivery timing concerns
  • Failure to read processing times or policies

Failure to read or understand this policy does not make it void.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order is handed over to USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier, Andromeda’s Moon is no longer responsible for the package.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Missing packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier

No refunds or replacements will be issued for any of the above under any circumstances.

Insurance & Claims

All USPS shipments include up to $100 insurance.

Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with USPS, UPS, or any optional insurance provider selected at checkout.

Andromeda’s Moon does not control or influence claim decisions made by carriers or insurance providers.

Damages

Due to USPS policy changes, we cannot file claims on your behalf for damaged packages.

If your package arrives damaged, you must:

  • Keep the entire package
  • Keep all contents and packaging
  • File a claim directly with USPS

USPS may require you to bring the full package to your local post office for verification.

We cannot replace or refund damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All fragrance products
  • Opened items
  • Used items
  • Custom products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Due to hygiene and product safety, items cannot be returned once shipped.
