Shipping Policy

This page outlines processing times, shipping expectations, and customer responsibilities when placing an order with Andromeda’s Moon.

Processing Time

All orders require a minimum processing time of AT LEAST 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed.

Orders typically ship on the following business day after processing is complete.

Processing times may be longer during high order volume, sales, holidays, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Effective January 1, 2026: Processing times are currently longer than normal due to a temporary medical situation involving hospitalization. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these extended processing times.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery timeframes are determined by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and are outside of our control.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking marked as Delivered is considered proof of delivery and fulfillment.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Andromeda’s Moon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Most shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance.

All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (USPS / UPS).

If additional coverage is desired, it must be selected at checkout prior to shipment.

Carrier Responsibility

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Andromeda’s Moon is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Missed delivery estimates
  • Delivery errors
  • Packages marked delivered

Any delivery-related issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, duties, and import taxes
  • Delays caused by customs are outside of our control
  • No refunds are issued for packages delayed, seized, or rejected by customs

Customers must verify their country’s import regulations before purchasing.

Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy, including processing times, shipping timelines, and carrier responsibility.

Failure to read this policy does not exempt you from these terms.
