Buyer Responsibility

All international orders are solely the responsibility of the buyer once shipped.

• Understanding and complying with your country’s import regulations
• Providing any information required by customs or the shipping carrier
• Paying all applicable VAT, duties, taxes, and customs fees
• Ensuring the product is allowed to be imported into your country

Failure to meet any of the above may result in the shipment being delayed, held, or returned.

Customs Clearance & Required Information

Customs agencies or shipping carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers, may request additional information from the recipient in order to complete delivery.

This may include:

• Tax ID, national ID, or import identification number
• Confirmation of shipment contents or value
• Payment of VAT, duties, customs fees, or import charges

If the recipient does not provide the required information, complete customs clearance, or pay required fees within the carrier’s timeframe, the shipment may be returned to sender.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, ignored, or returned due to failure to provide required information or failure to pay customs fees, VAT, duties, or import charges, the order is considered abandoned by the customer.

No refunds will be issued for refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned international shipments.

Customs Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Customs processing times and procedures are outside of our control. Andromeda’s Moon is not responsible for customs delays, clearance issues, packages held or inspected by customs, additional fees imposed by customs, or carrier handling decisions.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and in transit.

No Refund Policy for International Orders

Due to the nature of international shipping, no refunds will be issued for packages that are delayed by customs, returned to sender, rejected by customs, refused by the recipient, or abandoned by the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy, accept full responsibility for international shipping and customs clearance, and agree that customs-related issues do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

Failure to read or understand this policy does not exempt you from these terms.
